Refund Policy

1. Free Tier

GoalsFlow AI offers a free tier that provides access to core goal planning features at no cost. No payment information is required to use the free tier, and no refund applies.

2. Paid Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@goalsflow.ai with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period unless the cancellation is within the 14-day refund window.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in cases of: violation of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-refund cycles).

6. Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you choose to resubscribe. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted. You can request an export of your data at any time before deletion.
